摘要
从实验室建设与运行管理2个方面阐述实验室可持续发展的重要性和现实意义。采用BIM等先进技术手段,建设可持续发展的通用型实验室,在不进行大规模改造的情况下实现实验室空间的灵活性,建立有效的运行机制、合理利用实验室空间和资源、加强实验室管理和维护,实现实验室运行的可持续发展。
From two aspects of the laboratory construction and operation management,this paper expounds upon the importance and practical significance for the sustainable development of university laboratories.By using the advanced technology such as BIM(building information modeling),a universal laboratory with sustainable development is constructed.In the absence of large-scale transformation,the flexibility of the laboratory space is achieved,the effective operation mechanism is established,the laboratory space and resources are rationally utilized,and the laboratory management and maintenance are strengthened so as to realize the sustainable development of the laboratory operation.
