摘要
轻量化和小型化是空间电子束焊接电源设计的重要目标,采用倍压整流电路能够有效减小电源的重量和体积,但传统经验公式设计中.采用等电容方式,总电容值较大。提出一种倍压整流电路的优化设计方法,在减小33%总电容值的情况下与传统设计方法对比,能够使输出电压纹波和输出电压的差别分别小于3%和5%。通过分析倍压整流电路工作原理,推导出倍压整流电路的优化设计公式,使用优化公式设计倍压整流电路。通过PSPICE仿真和搭建实验平台,验证了设计方法的正确性和可行性。
Lightweight and miniaturization are the important goals of space electron beam welding power supply design.The use of voltage doubling rectifier circuit can effectively reduce the weight and volume of power supply.However,in the traditional empirical formula design,the use of equal capacitance mode,the total capacitance value is larger.An optimal design method of voltage doubling rectifier circuit is presented.Compared with the traditional design method,the difference of output voltage ripple and of output voltage is less than 3%and 5%,Respectively,when the total capacitance is reduced by 33%.B y analyzing the working principle of voltage doubling rectifier circuit,the optimal design formula of voltage doubling rectifier circuit is deduced.The voltage doubling rectifier circuit is designed by using the optimal formula.The correctness and feasibility of the design method are verified by PSPICE simulation and experimental platform.
