摘要
为了解宁夏地区犊牛腹泻大肠杆菌的耐药情况及血清型分布,采集犊牛腹泻样本35份,进行大肠杆菌的分离鉴定、药敏试验和血清型鉴定。结果显示,共分离鉴定得到26株大肠杆菌,对四环素、阿莫西林100%耐药,对哌拉西林、氨苄西林、头孢唑啉的耐药率大于95%,对阿米卡星较敏感,耐药率为19.23%;最多对20种抗菌药物耐药,占7.69%(2/26)。10株可定型,16株未定型;已定型的10株大肠杆菌分属7个血清型,分别为O2、O9、O20、O26、O36、O44和O64,优势血清型是O20和O26。结果表明,宁夏地区犊牛腹泻大肠杆菌对抗生素的耐药率高,多重耐药普遍,耐药现象严重。
In order to understand the drug resistance and serotype distribution of diarrhea inflicted calves in Ningxia, 35 anal swab samples were collected to isolate and identify Escherichia coli, and to test its drug resistance and serotype. The results showed that 26 strains of E.coli were isolated. The strains were all resistant to tetracycline and amoxicillin, with the rate of resistance to piperacillin, ampicillin and cefazolin being over 95%. They were sensitive to amikacin. Two strains were resistant to up to 20 kinds of antimicrobials, accounting for 7.69%(2/26) of the total strains. Of the 26 strains, 10 were classified and 16 strains were not. The 10 classified strains were of 7 serotypes including O2, O9, O20, O26, O36, O44 and O64, with O20 and O26 being the predominant serotypes. The above results suggested that the antimicrobial resistance of E.coli from the diarrhea inflicted calves were rather serious, and multi-microbial resistance was wide spread.
