摘要为了解教师知识视域下农村小学全科教师体育教学能力的培养现状,发现其中存在的问题并提出科学、合理的培养策略。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,基于教师知识视域下,对农村小学全科教师体育教学能力的培养进行了研究。结果表明,农村小学全科教师体育教学能力的培养存在着四个方面的现实需求,即政策导向、学生教学需求、社会教育需求与小学教育体系需要。教师知识视域下,本体性知识、条件性知识和实践性知识是农村小学全科教师体育教学能力的主要培养内容。结论建议,通过提高农村小学全科教师的体育素养,构建农村小学全科教师合理的专业知识、教学能力与体育素质结构,并将体育教学能力的培养贯穿人才培养的整个流程,注重实践性的教学能力培养,以此来确保农村小学全科教师体育教学能力符合现代教育教学需求,发挥农村小学全科教师的作用价值。 In order to understand the current situation of the cultivation of physical education ability of general rural primary school teachers in the perspective of teacher knowledge,the problems existed and the scientific and reasonable training strategies are proposed.This paper uses the literature method and logic analysis method to study the cultivation of physical education ability of rural primary school teachers based on the knowledge of teachers.The results show that there are four practical needs in the training of physical education teaching ability of rural primary school teachers,namely,policy orientation,student teaching needs,social education needs and the needs of the primary education system.Under the perspective of teacher knowledge,ontological knowledge,conditional knowledge and practical knowledge are the main training contents of physical education teaching ability of rural primary school teachers.The conclusion is to improve the professional knowledge,teaching ability and physical quality structure of rural primary school teachers by improving the physical education of rural primary school teachers,and to train the teaching ability of physical education throughout the whole process of personnel training,paying attention to practical teaching ability cultivation.So that the physical education ability of rural primary school teachers meets the needs of modern education and teaching,and the role and value of rural primary school teachers are fully played.
