摘要
实践教学是公共事业管理专业人才培养的重要环节,随着国家对复合型卫生管理人才的需求不断加强,探索与创新卫生管理应用型人才培养模式已经成为高校教学改革的普遍共识。以北京中医药大学为例,分析公共事业管理专业实践教学体系的构建思路,总结实践教学环节的基本内容,为高校实践教学改革提出反思与建议。
Practical teaching is an important link of the talent training in specialty of public service administration(PSA).With the increasing demands for compound PSA talents in China,it has become a common consensus to explore and innovate the training mode of applied talents of PSA in colleges and universities.Taking Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as an example,the constructive ideas of practical teaching system is analyzed,basic content of practical teaching is summed up,and some reflections and suggestions are put forward for the reform of practical teaching in colleges and universities.
