摘要
在"互联网+"浪潮中,信息技术推动教育形态变革的实践已经渐成规模,进入新的临界点,亟待理论的规制和指引。从信息技术推动教育形态变革的逻辑来看,世界经济发展形态的多层面、多角度影响构筑了变革的动力体系;教育主要矛盾的变化,教育面临的教育公平、教育改革、教育创新的问题,以及信息技术的"普世"价值孕育了信息技术变革教育形态的必然性;在线学习的"教育本体化","大智移云"的教育融入,"互联网+生活"对师生交往方式的改变成为信息技术推动教育变革的"催化剂"。从信息技术推动教育形态变革的方式来看,以技术为逻辑的组织变化的结构嵌入,以教育与信息技术共生关系形成的关系嵌入,以顺应技术变革的"治理体系"形成的制度嵌入,以信息技术塑造的生态环境形成的文化嵌入是信息技术推动教育变革的主要方式。从信息技术推动教育变革的内容来看,教育理念、教与学方式、教育内容、教学评价以及治理方式等是信息技术变革教育的主体。研究指出,需要实施以规划引领教育形态变革的战略方向,以研究支持信息技术推动教育变革的内容,以信息技术基础平台建设夯实变革的基础,以机制建设为信息技术推动教育变革输送活力。
In the development of Internet accelerated social economies, the practice of IT-driven educational transformation has gradually become something and reached a new turning point, which needs theoretical regulation and guidance urgently. From the logic of IT promoted the educational reforms, multi-level and multi-angle influence of the world economic development pattern is the dynamic foundation of the reform. The change of the principal educational contradiction, educational problems such as fairness, reform and innovation, and the universal value of IT gave birth to the inevitability of an IT-driven educational transformation. The ontological education of online learning, the integration of great wisdom moving cloud into education, and the change of communication mode between teachers and students caused Internet accelerated life have become the catalysts of IT driven educational reforms. By researching how IT promotes educational reforms, it is found that educational reforms are mainly promoted by 5 factors-structural changes caused by technology, relationship changes caused by coexist of education and IT, to adapt to technological change "management system" of the formation of the embedded system, Systematic changes caused by rules keeping in accordance with technological development, and cultural changes caused by ecological environment shaping by IT. In what IT brings into educational reforms, the most important things are educational concept, educational content, teaching mode and learning mode, teaching evaluation and ways of educational management. The research points out that during IT-driven educational reforms, it’s necessary to direct educational reforms by tactical planning, to redefine educational reforms’ connotation of by researching, to enforce the educational reforms’ foundation by constructing primary IT platforms and to promote educational reform constantly by systematic construction.
