摘要
目的观察口腔颌面部创伤性骨折患者应用坚固内固定联合牵引复位固定术治疗后的临床效果。方法选取2016年6月至2019年1月在南通市口腔医院进行手术治疗的口腔颌面部创伤性骨折患者68例,按照就诊顺序随机分成对照组和联合组,各34例。对照组采取坚固内固定进行手术固定,联合组采取坚固内固定联合牵引复位固定进行手术固定,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果联合组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(94.12%vs.82.35%,P<0.05)。结论与单纯坚固内固定相比,对口腔颌面部创伤性骨折患者应用坚固内固定联合牵引复位固定术治疗可以更好地恢复骨折处解剖形态,张口度及咬合关系,获得更好的固定效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of rigid internal fixation combined with traction reduction fixation for traumatic fracture of oral and maxillofacial region.Methods Sixty-eight patients with traumatic oral and maxillofacial fractures who underwent surgical treatment in Nantong Oral Hospital from June 2016 to January 2019 were enrolled.According to the order of treatment,they were randomly divided into the control group and the combined group,with 34 cases each group.The control group was fixed by rigid internal fixation,and the combined group was treated by solid internal fixation combined with traction reduction.The clinical fixation effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group(94.12%vs.82.35%,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with simple rigid internal fixation,the application of rigid internal fixation combined with traction reduction and fixation for traumatic fracture of oral and maxillofacial region can better restore the anatomical shape of fracture site,open mouth degree and occlusal relationship,and obtain better fixation effect.
