小型钛板坚固内固定技术治疗老年下颌骨髁突骨折的疗效 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨小型钛板坚固内固定技术治疗老年下颌骨髁突骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析该院2009年1月至2011年12月收治的47例老年下颌骨髁突骨折患者的临床资料,按患者所选治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,观察组25例,采用小型钛板坚固内固定技术治疗;对照组22例,采用颌间结扎牵引固定技术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组显效21例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率96.0%;对照组显效10例,有效5例,无效7例,总有效率68.2%,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组发生并发症11例,其中牙龈炎5例,咬合关系不良4例,关节症状2例;对照组发生并发症43例,其中牙龈炎14例,咬合关系不良10例,关节症状13例,延迟愈合6例;观察组并发症发生情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05),牙龈炎发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小型钛板坚固内固定技术治疗老年下颌骨髁突骨折治疗效果好、功能恢复快、并发症少,值得推广应用。
