摘要
目的分析和比较冷冻、激光及手术治疗皮肤色素痣的疗效及美容效果。方法选取德宏州人民医院2017年2月至11月皮肤科中收治的66例皮肤色素痣患者,分为三组,每组22例,分别实施冷冻、激光及手术治疗,比较三组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生率,分析三种治疗方式的有效性。结果手术组治疗有效率95.45%,显著高于冷冻及激光组(77.27%、81.82%,P<0.05),同时手术组不良反应明显低于冷冻及激光组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术治疗皮肤色素痣效果显著优于冷冻和激光治疗,且不良反应较少。
Objective To analyze and compare the curative effect and the cosmetic effect of frozen,laser and surgical treatment of pigmented nevus.Methods From February 2017 to November 2017,66 patients with skin pigmented nevus were divided into three groups,22 cases in each group,and treated with cryotherapy,laser and surgery,respectively.The therapeutic effect and adverse reaction rate of the three groups were compared,and the effectiveness of the three treatment methods was analyzed.Results The effective rate of operation group was 95.45%,which was significantly higher than that of freezing and laser group(77.27%,81.82%,P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical treatment of skin pigmented nevus is more effective than cryotherapy and laser therapy,with fewer adverse reactions.
