摘要
试验研究发酵饲料对蛋鸡舍内二氧化碳、一氧化碳、一氧化二氮、氨气、甲烷、水汽浓度的影响。试验选择同一栋鸡舍58周龄健康海兰褐蛋鸡36 000羽,采用同栋鸡舍自身对照法,分为对照期和试验期。对照期饲喂基础日粮,试验期在基础日粮中添加5%发酵饲料,试验期35 d。结果表明,试验第35 d舍内二氧化碳浓度显著高于对照期(P<0.05),试验第15 d和35 d舍内一氧化碳、一氧化二氮、氨气、甲烷、水汽浓度均极显著低于对照期(P<0.01),蛋壳强度显著性提高(P<0.05),粪便中粗灰分和钙含量显著性降低(P<0.05)。结果表明,应用发酵饲料能够改善舍内空气质量,提高鸡蛋品质,减少粪便中营养物质的排出,有利于减排和健康生产。
The experiment studied the effect of fermented feed on CO2, CO, N2O, NH3, CH4 and water vapour in concentration layer housing. 36 000 healthy 58-week-old Hyline brown layers were fed in one housing by selfcontrasted method. The control period was fed with basic diet. The test period added 5.0% of fermented feed into basic diet, and the test period was 35 days. The results showed that the CO2 concentration in housing on the 35 th day of test period was significantly increased compared with the control period(P<0.05). The CO, N2O, NH3, CH4 and water vapour concentrations in housing on the 15 th and 35 th day were decreased significantly compared with the control period(P<0.01). The eggshell strength increased significantly(P<0.05), crude ash and calcium in feces decreased significantly(P<0.05). The results indicated that the application of fermented feed can improve air quality in layer housing and egg quality, decrease nutritional contents of feces. It is beneficial to reducing emission and health production.
