摘要
当前,畜禽养殖中大量使用饲用抗生素并产生大量畜禽粪便,对环境构成了巨大威胁,也严重制约了我国畜牧业的可持续发展。发酵饲料的应用有望改变当前养殖困境,减少乃至不使用饲用抗生素,提高饲料利用率,减少氮磷排放和氨气、硫化氢等有害气体的排放,降低锌、铜等重金属的添加,最终缓解畜禽养殖对环境的污染。简述了发酵饲料的应用及其对环境的影响,为发酵饲料的开发和应用提供支撑。
At present, the extensive use of antibiotics in the feed industry and the massive manure produced by livestock and poultry have posed a huge threat to the environment. And it seriously hampered the sustainable development of China's animal husbandry. However, the utilization of fermented feed is expected to change the current breeding difficulties. It may replace the use of feed antibiotics to improve feed utilization and reduce the emission of nitrogen and phosphorus. It also can decrease the emission of harmful gas, such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide. In this paper, application of fermented feed and its Influence on the environment were reviewed to support development and application of fermented feed.
