不同经纱对单向经编复合材料力学性能及断面形貌的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Warps on Mechanical Properties and Fracture Morphology of Unidirectional Warp-Knitted Composites

摘要 采用TM^+467W、TM^+469LB、TM^+468GE3种不同的玻璃纤维为经纱,制备单向经编织物,并采用真空灌注工艺制备织物增强聚氨酯复合材料,研究不同经纱对聚氨酯单向经编复合材料力学性能与断口形貌的影响。结果表明:TM^+467W复合材料的力学性能明显高于TM^+468GE和TM^+469LB。与TM^+468GE相比,TM^+467W复合材料的0°拉伸强度提高了21.1%,模量提高了7.5%,层间剪切强度提高了约6%。断口形貌结果表明:TM^+468GE复合材料断面处纤维间存在较多的孔隙,树脂基体显颗粒状填充,界面结合较弱;而TM^+467W复合材料树脂基体填充更密实,纤维和树脂的界面结合更强。 Three kinds of different glass fibers,TM^+467 W,TM^+469 LB and TM^+468 GE,were used as warps to prepare unidirectional warp-knitted fabrics,and fabric reinforced polyurethane composites were prepared by vacuum infusion process.The effects of different warp yarns on the mechanical properties and fracture morphology of unidirectional warp-knitted composites were studied.The results showed that the mechanical properties of TM^+467 W composite were significantly higher than those of TM^+468 GE and TM^+469 LB.Compared with TM^+468 GE,the 0°tensile strength of the TM^+467 W composite increased by about 21.1%,the modulus increased by 7.5%,and the interlaminar shear strength increased by about 6%.The fracture morphology results showed that there were more pores between the fibers at the TM^+468 GE composite fracture,the resin matrix was filled with granular filling,and the interfacial bond was weak;while the TM^+467 W composite resin matrix was filled more densely,and the interfacial bond between fiber and resin was stronger.
