摘要
按照戴铂经典"三明治"结构变形量计算公式所得的载荷-变形量曲线是一条等斜率直线,而实际测量的结果表明,泡沫夹芯结构碳纤维复合材料存在着一个临界集中载荷点:当载荷力小于这个点时,载荷-变形量曲线也近似于一条斜线;一旦集中载荷力超过该临界点,这种"三明治"结构的变形量急剧增大直到断裂。由理论计算得出了小试样以剪切变形为主,而大如医疗床板的"三明治"结构变形,是剪切与弯曲共同作用的简单结论。
Load-deformantion curve based on DIAB's sandwich concept is a oblique line,but experimental results prove that there is a critical point for concentrated load existing on the curve:as the concentrated load is lower then the critical point,the curve is similar to a oblique line.Once the concentrated load exceeds the critical point,the deformation of sandwich structure increased rapidly.According to the theoretical calculation,we obtain that deformation is mainly caused by shearing in small specimens,both shearing and bending in big sandwich structure.
