脱硫灰对水泥性能的影响及硫含量的测定 被引量:3

摘要 通过试验证实,脱硫粉煤灰会对水泥的凝结时间和外加剂相容性等性能产生较大影响。研究结果表明:对于SO3含量大于2%的脱硫粉煤灰,最大掺量应小于10%;脱硫粉煤灰会使凝结时间显著延长,应适当加入一定比例石灰石以缩短水泥的凝结时间;使用脱硫粉煤灰时改变石膏的掺加量凝结时间变化不大;半水石膏的含量会和脱硫粉煤灰产生叠加效应导致凝结时间进一步变长。脱硫粉煤灰中含有大量的亚硫酸盐,在测定其SO3含量时,由于盐酸的加入使粉煤灰中的亚硫酸根生成SO2挥发,导致测量结果偏低。因此对于脱硫粉煤灰中SO3的测定建议使用荧光分析法或艾士卡法,将亚硫酸根转化为硫酸根后测定。 The experiment confirmed that the desulfurization fly ash would large affect the setting time of cement and the compatibility of cement and additive.The results showed that the maximum dosage of desulfurization fly ash should be less than 10%when SO3 content was more than 2%.The setting time of cement would significantly prolonged when using desulfurization fly ash,it should be appropriately added a certain proportion of limestone to shorten the setting time of cement.When using desulfurization fly ash,with the change of gypsum dosage,the setting time of cement changed little.The content of hemihydrate gypsum would produce superposition effect with the desulfurization fly ash,which would further prolong the setting time.The desulfurization fly ash contains a large amount of sulfite,When determining its SO3 content,the sulfite radical in fly ash volatilizes into SO2 due to the addition of hydrochloric acid,which results in a low measurement result.Therefore,for the determination of SO3 in the desulfurization fly ash,it was suggested to use fluorescence analysis or Eska method to convert sulfite into sulfate.
