外语环境下同伴异议模式与特征研究

A Study of Peer Disagreement Patterns and Features in Foreign Language Environment

摘要 基于社会文化理论的视角,以湖南省某本科院校的三个年级共402名英语专业本科生为研究对象,笔者分析外语环境下同伴互动中异议表达模式和特征以及其成因和对语言实践的影响。研究结果发现:1)同伴异议存在四种模式:缓和型、直白型、加重型和混合型,且每一种模式又可以细分不同的异议特征。2)学习者的互动环境、个人经历、社会文化背景和语言能力等是影响异议分布的重要因素。3)缓和型、直白型和混合型异议模式更有助于学习者完善相关知识网络、维持社会关系和提升个人认知,而加重型异议模式虽在意见分歧时凸显了个人立场,但不利于知识的构建和互动关系的维护。 Regarding 402 English majors from three grades in some colleges of Hunan Province as the research object,this paper from the perspective of sociocultural theory and investigates the patterns and characteristics of disagreement in peer interaction of foreign language environment,as well as their causes and influences on language practices.The results bear three major findings:1)There are four patterns of disagreement,namely,softened disagreement,disagreement not softened or strengthened,aggravated disagreement and combination of structure.2)The learner's interactive environment,personal experience,socio-cultural background and language ability are important factors influencing the distribution of disagreement.3)Softened disagreement,disagreement not softened or strengthened,and combination of structure will help learners improve the networks of relevant knowledge,maintain social relationships and enhance personal cognition.The aggravated pattern highlights individual position when opinions differ.However,it is not conducive to the construction of knowledge and the maintenance of the relationship between the two parties.
