摘要
特低渗油田实行注水开发、污水回注,存在注入压力不断升高而难以保持注采平衡等问题。通过室内实验,测试分析回注污水对储层岩心渗透率的影响和注水温度对储层原油流变性的影响。实验结果表明,含有悬浮物的回注污水对储层会造成伤害。随着注入水中回注污水所占比例的增加,岩心的渗透率会不断下降,同时导致驱替压力逐步升高;注入水对较低温度的地层原油会造成一定程度的冷伤害。特低渗储层的注水开发,既要注意防止注水带来的敏感性伤害,又应当加强对注入水水质的控制,优化注入水中污水与清水的混合比例。
In the ultra-low permeability oilfield,the development of advanced water injection and re-injection of sewage have increased the injection pressure,and it is difficult to maintain the balance of injection and production.Through indoor experiments,the influence of reinjection sewage on reservoir core permeability and the influence of injection temperature on reservoir are tested and analyzed.The experimental results show that the re-injected sewage containing suspended solids will cause damage to the reservoir.With the increase of the proportion of re-injected sewage in the injected water,the permeability of the core will continue to decline,and the displacement pressure will gradually increase.At the same time,injected water will cause a certain degree of cold damage to lower temperature formation crude oil.In water-flooding development of ultra-low permeability reservoirs,attention should be paid to preventing sensitivity damage caused by water-flooding,and the control of injected water quality should also be strengthened.The mixing ratio of wastewater and clear water in injection water should be also optimized.
