摘要
目的 :探讨某院2016年至2018年住院中药饮片处方的质量状况,为促进中药合理使提供指导意见。方法 :随机抽取某院2016年1月-2018年12月住院病历每月30份,共1080份,按照《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》等要求对住院中药处方进行点评,归纳总结发现的问题并探讨解决措施。结果 :在1080份病历中,发现不合格病历286份(26.4%),问题主要集中在:中药脚注漏写或错写、中药处方书写不规范等。结论 :某院住院中药饮片处方不合格率较高,通过处方点评可进一步指导临床合理用药水平,提高中药饮片处方质量,规避医疗风险,提高药物临床疗效,保证医疗安全。
Objective:To explore the quality status of prescriptions for hospitalized Chinese herbal medicines from 2016 to 2018 in a hospital,and provide guidance for promoting the rational use of Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 30 inpatient medical records from January 2016 to December 1818 in a hospital were randomly selected.In accordance with the^Hospital Prescription Review Management Regulations(Trial)and other requirements,review the prescriptions for hospitalized Chinese medicines,summarize the problems found and explore solutions.Results:In 1080 medical records,286 unacceptable medical records were found(26.4%).The main problems are:missing or wrong writing of traditional Chinese medicine footnotes,and irregular writing of Chinese medicine prescriptions.Conclusion:The rate of unqualified prescriptions for hospitalized Chinese herbal medicines in a hospital is relatively high.The prescriptions can further guide the clinical rational drug use level,improve the quality of prescriptions for Chinese herbal medicines,avoid medical risks,improve the clinical efficacy of drugs,and ensure medical safety.
