摘要
郭维系宁夏医科大学中医学教授,博士,硕士研究生导师,临床上治疗过敏性鼻炎取得一定疗效。郭维教授认为,过敏性鼻炎其基本病机为中焦虚寒,阳气亏虚,清阳不升,导致肺阳不足,气不摄津,津液外泄而发,强调益脾胃之阳气兼以宣肺祛邪为治法,同时根据不同体质佐以变化。主方以益气聪明汤化裁,同时注意饮食的调护,对该病急慢性期均有较好地治疗效果,从而防止该病进一步发展,标本兼治。
Professor GUO Wei believes that the basic pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis is the deficiency-cold in the middle-JIAO and Yang-QI,lucid yang failing to rise,so insufficiency of yang Qi in the lung,Qi failing to control body fluid,body fluid escaped.Emphasis yang Qi that benefits spleen and stomach,promote lung and eliminate pathogenic factors.In addition changing prescription according to the different consititution.Adding and subtracting the main prescription is the decoction of benefiting Qi and intelligence.In addition,attention to diet nursing,the acute and chronic stage of the disease have a better therapeutic effect.
