摘要 为提高生产系统可靠性,设计了基于PLC的电镀生产线控制系统,进一步提高了电镀生产过程的稳定性。运行过程中自动控制和手动控制切换简单,并设置了自锁、联锁程序和过载保护电路,提高了电镀生产质量和效率;该系统采用模块化设计,易于扩展和维护,为电镀生产提供了一种稳定的协同化控制方案。 In order to raise reliability of production system,the electroplating production line based on PLC is designed,which can further increase stability during electroplating production progress.Switch between automatic control and manual control is easy.The self-hold and interlocking program and overburden protecting circuit are set,thus electroplating production quality and efficiency are both improved.This system is designed using modular method,which is easy to extend and maintain,moreover provides a stably collaborative control scheme for electroplating production.
