汽车齿轮加工用电镀装置设计优化

摘要 针对汽车齿轮批量化电镀过程中存在的镀层不均匀问题,本研究设计一种具有动态分层结构的电镀装置。该装置通过模块化分隔网框实现齿轮的空间隔离,采用滑轨导向定位和插杆锁紧机构,精准调节层间距,集成弹性抹平机构,从而控制齿轮单层分布。施工实践表明,优化后的电镀装置有效提高齿轮镀层均匀性,提升电镀效率,产品合格率达到98.3%。本文详细阐述装置的核心结构设计、关键参数优化及施工工艺控制要点,为汽车零部件表面处理装备的智能化升级提供技术参考。 In response to the problem of uneven coating in the batch electroplating process of automotive gears,this study designed an electroplating device with a dynamic layered structure.This device achieves spatial isolation of gears through modular partition frames,using slide rail guidance positioning and plug-in locking mechanisms to accurately adjust layer spacing,integrating elastic smoothing mechanisms to control the single-layer distribution of gears.Construction practice has shown that the optimized electroplating device effectively improves the uniformity of gear coating,increases electroplating efficiency,and achieves a product qualification rate of 98.3%.This article elaborates on the core structural design,key parameter optimization,and key points of construction process control of the device,providing technical reference for the intelligent upgrade of surface treatment equipment for automotive parts.
