摘要
为探索濒危药用植物红大戟的组培快繁技术,以保山地区红大戟的茎尖、茎段为外植体,MS和1/2MS为基本培养基,分析不同激素配比对红大戟外植体诱导分化、增殖和生根的影响,筛选出最佳培养基;以红大戟生根苗为材料,分析不同基质对红大戟组培苗移栽成活率的影响。
In order to explore the tissue culture and rapid propagation technique of endangered medicinal plant Euphorbia Pulcherrima,the stem tip and stem segment of the red euphorbia in Baoshan region were used as explants,MS and 1/2MS as basic culture medium,and the effects of different hormone ratios on the induction and differentiation,proliferation and rooting of the explants of Euphorbia trident were analyzed,and the best culture medium was selected.The effect of different substrates on the survival rate of the tissue culture seedlings of Trident was analyzed.
