气相色谱质谱法测定大米中丙草胺残留量的方法验证 被引量:2

摘要 方法验证和不确定度评定是做检验检测的实验室在选择方法时应该且必需做的工作,用气相色谱质谱法(Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry,GC-MS)测定大米中丙草胺残留量,对使用GC-MS法测定大米中丙草胺残留量的分析检测方法进行了验证,并评定了该方法测定过程中所产生的不确定度,建立GC-MS法测定大米中丙草胺残留量的方法验证和不确定度计算的全局评价策略,对实验室使用该方法检测丙草胺残留量具有一定的指导作用。 Method Validation and Uncertainty Evaluation is the work to be done and must be done in the laboratory in which the test is selected.In this paper,the determination of the content of acetochlor in rice by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was carried out,and the method for the determination of the content of acetochlor in rice by GC-MS was validated,and the uncertainty in the determination of this method was evaluated,and the GC-MS method for the determination of the residual amount of alachlor in rice and the global evaluation strategy for uncertainty calculation were established.
