全自动固相萃取-气相色谱法测定粮谷中11种农药残留的研究 被引量:7

摘要 文章建立了一种快速检测粮谷中11种有机磷类、有机氯类、菊酯类农药的全自动固相萃取气相色谱(ASPE-GC)方法.采用乙腈超声,全自动固相萃取仪萃取,氮吹浓缩,火焰光度检测器、电子捕获检测器同时测定11种农药残留量.结果表明:11种农药的方法添加回收率在83.6%~95.9%,操作简便、快速,重现性良好,适合粮谷中有机磷类、有机氯类、菊酯类农药的测定. A rapid method was developed for detecting frequently used organophosphate pesticides in cereal grain.The residues of organophosphorus, organocholorine and chrysanthemum ester were extracted by acetonitrile and ultrasonic treatmechongnt, concentrated by nitrogen gas and detected by automatic solid phase extraction -gas chromatography with FPD/ECD detector.Results showed that the average recoveries were between 83.6%.95.9%.The method was simple, rapid and reproducible, in addition, it applied to rapid determination of organophosphorus, organocholorine and chrysanthemum ester pesticide residues in grain cereal.
