摘要
在双流体雾化器的基础设计上,通过改变节流孔的形状,将现今最为常用的CIRCLE型节流单元修改为HULU型节流单元。进一步地,在通过流体仿真软件所得的数据信息比较下,提出了一种新结构,相比旧结构在雾化器的雾化性能上有很大提升.最后,将设计出来的雾化器应用于室内CO 2的吸收,得出结论:适用于CO 2捕集的雾滴尺寸为80~100μm。
In this paper,based on the basic design of two-fluid atomizer,the most commonly used CIRCLE type throttling unit is modified into the HULU type throttling unit by changing the geometry shape of orifice.Then,based on comparison of the data information obtained through the fluid simulation software,a new structure which greatly improves the atomization performance of the atomizer compared with the old structure is proposed.Finally,the optimized atomizer is applied to the CO2 absorption,and it is concluded that the optimum droplet diameter is between 80 and 100μm.
