摘要
以R123、R141b、R600a、R718、R245fa等工质为研究对象,结合CO2捕集废热回收过程特性,通过其基本物性数据初选了R123、R141b、R245fa三种工质;之后利用ASPENPLUS软件进行了热泵模拟以及热泵循环压比、压缩机排气温度、单位质量制热量、压缩机做功量等的模拟计算。综合对比分析,选择R141b作为压缩式热泵的工质。
Using working fluids including R123,R141b,R600a,R718,and R245fa as research objects,we preliminarily screened R123,R141b,and R245fa working fluids according to the characteristics of CO 2 capture waste heat recovery through basic physical property data.Then we further conducted heat pump simulation by using ASPEN PLUS software,and conducted simulation calculation of heat pump cyclic pressure ratio,compressor discharge temperature,unit mass heat production,and compressor work.By comprehensive comparison and analysis,R141b is selected as the working fluid of compression heat pump.
