摘要
目的:探讨单节段腰椎间盘突出CT分型与康复效果的相关性。方法:2016年6月-2018年6月,我院收治接受康复治疗单节段腰椎间盘突出患者60例,依据CT分型分为膨出组15例,突出组27例和膨出+突出组18例,对比分析各组间患者康复治疗前后腰椎疾患治疗成绩评分及改善指数。结果:三组患者康复治疗后腰椎疾患治疗成绩评分均明显改善(P<0.05)。膨出组改善指数明显好于突出组和膨出+突出组(P<0.05)。结论:单节段腰椎间盘突出CT分型与康复效果密切相关,在临床诊疗中应重视。
Objective To detective the correlation study of CT classification and rehabilitation effect of single segment lumbar disc herniation.Methods June 2016-June 2018,60 patients with single segment lumbar disc herniation.were treated and divided into inflation grouP(n=15),Protrusion group(n=27)and inflation plus protrusion group(n=18).Treatment score and improvement index of lumbar diseases were used to evaluate the difference.Results All the treatment score improved significantly after treatment(P<0.05).The improvement index in inflation group was better than other groups(P<0.05).Conclusions CT classification of single segment lumbar disc herniation was significantly correlated with rehabilitation effect,which should be considered during clinical diagnosis and treatment.
