摘要
目的对微生物检验结果的主要影响因素及质量控制策略进行分析。方法以2016年8月~2017年8月微生物检验对象500例为对照组,以2017年9月~2018年9月微生物检验对象500例为实验组,其中对照组实施常规质量控制管理,实验组则实施针对性质量控制管理,分析两组质量问题发生情况的差异。结果实验组微生物检验差错率(1.40%)明显低于对照组检验差错率(5.20%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组微生物检验质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微生物检验结果的相关影响因素较多,应加强其针对性的质量控制干预,以此对微生物检验结果的准确性保证。
Objective To analyze the main influencing factors of microbial test results and quality control strategies.Methods 500 cases of microbiological test subjects from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the control group,and 500 cases of microbiological test subjects from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the experimental group.The control group was given routine quality control management while the experimental group was given targeted quality control management.Differences in the occurrence of quality problems between the two groups were analyzed.Results The error rate of microbiological tests in the experimental group(1.40%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(5.20%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality score of microbiological test of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many related influencing factors for microbial test results.The targeted quality control intervention should be strengthened to ensure the accuracy of microbiological test results.
