摘要
麦可思报告指标设置科学合理,能客观反映社会需求与就业质量,数据有参考价值。虽然报告在效度、信度、样本覆盖面、测试严谨性、信息源等方面仍在完善之中,但理论模型和指标体系较为科学合理,其调查结果对于更好地建立与产业发展相适应的专业结构,全面提高教学质量,适时改进各项管理与服务工作,具有一定的参考价值。对麦可思报告进行解读,对高校人才培养和就业状况进行分析。
The set of MyCOS's report indicators is scientific and reasonable,and it can objectively reflect social needs and employment quality.The data has a certain reference value.Although there are some flaws in the report in terms of validity,reliability,sample coverage,test rigor,and information sources,the theoretical model and indicator system are relatively scientific and reasonable,and the results of the survey are to better establish a professional structure suitable for the development of the industry and improve the quality of teaching in an all-round way.The timely improvement of various management and service work has a certain reference value.In this paper,the author puts forward the interpretation ideas of the MyCOS report and analyzes the suggestions that the MyCOS report can provide for the talents training and employment situation in universities.
