摘要
为加强城市更新项目风险管控,以邻近重大危险设施的某城市更新项目为例,评估重大危险设施和城市更新项目的相互影响程度。采用事件树的方法分析易燃气体和易燃液体泄漏可能导致的各种结果,对主要事故模型进行后果模拟,定量计算区域个人风险值和社会风险值。结合分析结论,针对城市更新项目提出限制居民区规模、限制建筑高度等风险控制措施。
To strengthen urban renewal project risk control,one of urban renewal projects adjacent to major dangerous facilities was takenas example to assess interaction between major hazardous facilities and urban renewal projects.Event tree method was used for analyzing the possible result of leakage of flammable gas and flammable liquid.The consequence of major accident was simulated and the area individual risk and social risk values were calculated quantitatively.Combined with the analysis results,risk control measures of urban renewal project were put forward which includes limiting the size of residential areas,limiting the building height and etc.
