摘要
【目的】Pb污染严重影响生物生长发育和繁殖,本文研究12.5、25、50、100mg/kg4种Pb^2+浓度下椭圆食粉螨形态特征及SOD、GST活性的变化规律,探究粉螨对重金属胁迫的响应机制。【方法】以不加Pb为对照,测量不同浓度Pb^2+胁迫下,不同螨态椭圆食粉螨形态特征长度及SOD、GST酶活。【结果】Pb胁迫对椭圆食粉螨体型大小整体表现为抑制作用,但随Pb^2+浓度升高呈现先增大后减小的趋势。抗氧化酶SOD、GST酶活性呈现先升高后下降,整体仍对椭圆食粉螨SOD、GST酶活性产生促进作用。【结论】Pb^2+胁迫对椭圆食粉螨体型大小整体表现为抑制作用,SOD、GST活性产生促进作用。椭圆食粉螨SOD、GST活性可用于监测储藏作物重金属污染。
[Objectives] To investigate the effects of exposure to lead on the morphological length and SOD, GST activity of Aleuroglyphus ovatus. [Methods] The morphological length, SOD and GST activity of different stages of A. ovatus were measured after exposure to different concentrations(0, 12.5, 25, 50 and 100 mg/kg) of Pb^2+. [Results] In general, Pb inhibited the size of A. ovatus, but this first increased, then decreased, with increasing Pb^2+ concentration. SOD and GST enzyme activity also first increased, then decreased, with increasing Pb^2+ concentration, but overall the activities of these enzymes increased. [Conclusion] Pb^2+ stress inhibited the size of A. ovatus and promoted SOD and GST activity. SOD and GST of activity in A. ovatus can be used to monitor heavy metal pollution in storage crops.
