摘要
探究不同配合比参数对透水混凝土性能的影响,定量分析磷酸镁水泥用量变化对其性能的影响.研究结果表明:随着磷酸镁水泥用量的增多,透水混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度明显上升.在水泥用量为500 kg/m3时,透水混凝土试块的强度均达到了最大值,抗压强度较水泥用量为350 kg/m3提高了11.50%,抗折强度较水泥用量为350 kg/m3提高了61.70%.因此,水泥用量增多后,对于透水混凝土而言胶结层变厚,透水混凝土强度随之升高。
It explored the effect of different mix proportion parameters on the performance of pervious concrete and makes quantitative analysis to the effect of changes in the dosage of magnesium phosphate cement on its performance.The results show that with the increase of the amount of magnesium phosphate cement,the compressive strength and flexural strength of pervious concrete increase significantly.When the cement dosage is 500 kg/m3,the strength of the pervious concrete test block reaches the maximum value,and the compressive strength of the pervious concrete block increases by 11.50%compared with the cement dosage of 350 kg/m^3.The flexural strength is 61.70%higher than the cement dosage of 350 kg/m^3.Therefore,when the amount of cement is increased,the cementation layer becomes thicker for the pervious concrete,and the strength of the pervious concrete increases.
