摘要
高透水性生态混凝土是一种新型的生态混凝土材料,与普通混凝土相比其强度较低,普遍认为其破坏是由于水泥的胶结性能较低造成的。经过大量的试验分析,高透水混凝土的破坏除了和水泥的胶结性能有关外,重要的是与高透水性混凝土骨料的强度、形状、接触面的位置等有着较大的关系。从其材料的组分着手,通过单轴抗压试验破坏过程,分析了其破坏的机理,指出材料内部的片状骨料是强度的薄弱环节,对提高高透水性生态混凝土的强度有着重要的意义。
High water permeability concrete is a new ecological concrete material,and its intensity is lower than ordinary concrete.Generally it is agreed that the damage is due to lower performance caused by cement bond,After a large number of test analysis,high-permeable concrete damage is in addition to cement and cement related to the performance,the important thing is the high water permeability concrete aggregate strength,shape,location of the contact surface has a great relationship.This paper starts from the material composition,through the failure process under uniaxial compression test,analysis of the mechanism of its destruction,that within the sheet material is the strength of weak aggregate,It has an important significance to improve the strength of the high water permeability of concrete.
