基于BIM+三维激光扫描技术的桥梁钢构件工程质量管控 被引量:31

摘要 随着市政桥梁的快速发展,复杂钢结构桥梁建筑越来越多。虽然越来越多的项目依托BIM技术进行工程质量管控,但是如何高效、精准地实现桥梁建造阶段工程质量的全过程动态管控,仍然是一个亟待解决的难题,而三维激光扫描技术与BIM技术集成则提供了新的解决途径。本文将三维激光扫描技术与BIM技术相结合,提出了构件加工质量检测、施工现场虚拟拼装以及施工过程中实时监测一体化的工程质量管控方法。以武汉新河桥项目为例,实际应用效果表明,该方法能有效解决复杂钢构件的质量检测难题,提高构件加工制作精度和预拼装效率,通过施工过程中对拱肋线形及标高的实时监测与纠偏,为现场安装的顺利进行提供了保障。本文对于其他大型桥梁工程的工程质量管控具有一定的参考意义。 With the rapid development of municipal bridges,more and more complex steel structure bridges are constructed.Although an increasing number of projects relied on BIM technology for project quality control,how to efficiently and accurately achieve dynamic control of the entire process of project quality during the construction period remains an urgent problem to be solved,and 3D laser scanning technology and BIM Technology integration provides new solutions.In this paper,3D laser scanning technology and BIM technology are combined to propose an integrated engineering quality control method of component processing quality inspection,virtual assembly and real-time monitoring during construction.Taking the Xinhe Bridge in Wuhan as an example,the practical application results show that this method can effectively solve the problems of quality inspection of complex steel components,improve the precision of component processing and pre-assembly efficiency.What’s more,through real-time monitoring and rectification of arch ribs alignment and elevation in the construction process,it provides a guarantee for the smooth installation on site.This paper has certain reference significance for the engineering quality control of other large bridge projects.
