摘要
Auto Trak旋转闭环钻井系统是一种包括钻井、随钻测井等工具为一体的可以在钻柱旋转状态下进行定向控制的新型钻井工具 ,该工具在菲利普斯西江油田三口井的现场应用中取得了显著的效果 ,钻井效率较其它钻井方法有大幅度提高 ,并在防止粘吸卡钻及高难度定向控制方面表现出突出优点。本文对该工具的组成、原理及现场应用情况进行简要介绍。
Autotrak rotary closed-loop drilling system is a new drilling tool which can operate the directional control while rotating, including the drilling and LWD tools as one whole unit. Field applications in three wells in Phillips Xijiang oilfield show that using this system can attain remarkable effects and drilling efficiency can be greatly improved and that this system has apparent advantages on preventing stuck and on directional control. The paper introduces the component, principal and field applications of this system.
