摘要
用电弧喷涂Zn(或Al)和有机封闭涂层组成复合涂层,对煤矿井筒钢结构件长效防腐的腐蚀失效形式进行分析研究。通过中性盐雾加速腐蚀试验,弱极化腐蚀电流快速测试以及浸渍试验,结果表明:复合涂层的腐蚀失效机理为,腐蚀介质对封闭涂层的长期浸蚀,引起封闭涂层的老化、起泡、脱皮、剥落等失效,随后金属电弧喷Zn(或Al)涂层发生阳极溶解的电化学腐蚀。在煤矿中性水质条件下,电弧喷涂层腐蚀速率,喷Zn为6~11μm/a,喷Al涂层3~7μm/a。200 h中性盐雾试验相当于煤矿水质一年的腐蚀量。电弧喷Zn(或Al)涂层和有机封闭涂层之间存在最佳寿命协同效应。该复合涂层的耐蚀寿命达30a以上,这与国外研究结果具有相当水平。
The corrosion formation and failure of shaft steel structure in coal mine treated with composite coating being composed of are sprayed Zn or Al coat and organic sealing coating were investigated. Results of neutral salt spray test,feeble polarization corrosion current density measurement and immersion test showed that when composite coating was immersed in corrosive medium, the sealant would be weathering, blistering, peeling and then Zn or Al coat would occurred anodic dissolution. In neutral water of coal mine,the corrosion rate of sparyed Zn coat was 6~11μm/a, or Al coat,was 3~7μm/a. The corrosive degree of specimen in neutral salt spray test for 200h was the same as one in coal mine water for a year. There was a best synergistic effect between the metal coating and the paint film, and the usable life of above composite coating in coal mine could be more than 30 years. This result was much the same as foreign report's.
