摘要
采用等离子体聚合技术制备了铜基聚六氟丙烯薄膜,并实现了水蒸汽的滴状冷凝。冷凝传热系数是相应膜状冷凝传热系数的13~26倍,冷凝寿命为800h。等离子体聚合工艺条件、基底金属发生腐蚀、聚合薄膜老化是影响滴状冷凝传热及寿命的主要因素。
The dropwise condensation (DWC) of water vapour has been achieved on the ultra thin poly(HFP) film coated on copper tube surfaces which has been prepared by the technique of plasma polymerization. The DWC heat transfer coefficient is increased by 13 ̄26 times compared with that of filmwise condensation (FWC), and the life time for maintaining DWC is more than 800 hours. The processing conditions employed in the technique of plasma polymerization , the ageing of the polymer films and the corrosion of metal substrates are the main factors which affect the heat transfer performance and the life time of DWC.
