摘要
以大量参考文献为基础,经过试验筛选,对二价锡离子的稳定剂作了深入研究,发现了一种新型酸性光亮镀锡稳定剂。经过2年的工业性生产试验证明:在镀锡液中添加该稳定剂(30ml/L)后,能有效地防止二价锡离子氧化,镀液的使用寿命比原工艺提高3倍。该工艺的主要技术指标,如镀液的稳定性、澄清度、深镀能力、电流效率、光亮电流密度范围以及镀层的可焊性都已达到或超过国内同类产品的水平。
Stabilizers for stabilization of stannous ion in acidic sulfate bright tin plating bath are reviewed. And a new stabilizer is introduced. The oxidation of stannous ion in bath could be prevented effectively by adding this newly developed stabilizer to the electrolyte. The bath life after adding such stabilizer could be lengthened appreciably.
