摘要
本文探讨了几种含羟基,羧基的化合物对硫酸盐光亮镀锡液的稳定性的影响。试验证明,Sn—882,Sn—883对于防止Sn^(2+)氧化,阻止Sn^(2+)和Sn^(4+)的水解,维持镀液长期稳定不变浑浊,效果较好。
This paper discussed the effect of several chemical compounds containing hydroxyl, carboxyl on the stability of sulphate bright tin plating bath. It was approved through experiments that Sn-882, Sn-883 have better effect of preven-ting oxidation of Sn^(2+), depressing the hydrolysis tendence of Sn^(2+) and Sn^(4+) and keeping the bath clear for a long period of time.
