摘要
低碳钢试样经不同时间磷化处理后,在扫描电镜下观察其成膜情况,结果表明:磷化过程主要由浸蚀期、非晶态沉积期和邢核长大期构成,磷化时的形核为均匀形核。
The phosphating-treatment of low-carbon steel metallographic specimens was carried out at several times, and the surface state is observed by SEM. It is showed that the phosphating film occurs in three stages: electrochemical attack on steel; amorphous precipitation; nucleation and growth; and in this period the nucleation is a homogenous nucleation.
