摘要
通过电化学手段和SEM分析了磷化前的钛系表面调整技术的原理及作用,探讨了表面调整时间、表面调整温度对表面调整效果的影响。结果表明,表面调整能够很好的改善磷化膜质量,提高磷化膜的耐蚀性,减少磷化时间,表面调整最佳时间为50 s,表面调整温度不应超过50℃。表面调整剂在表面能较高、腐蚀较重的地方沉积,因此磷化膜首先在腐蚀较重的地方出现。对表面调整剂作用机理进行了阐述。
The theory of pre-dips is analysis through electrochemistry and SEM, at the same time, the temperature and time effect on pre-dip was studied. The results shows that the pre-dipped can improve the quality of phosphorization membrane,enhance the ability of anti-corrosion, short the time of phosphorization. The best time on pre-dip is about 50 s,the temperature is not higher than 50℃. Because the pre-dip first happened at high surface energy, where corrosion happened,the phosphorization membrane firstly appeared at the place where corroded severely.
