摘要
为了改善电沉积18-8不锈钢镀层的质量,本文应用电化学方法测量不同糖精含量对阴极极化的影响曲线以及阴极双电层交流阻抗变化的情况,探讨糖精在Fe-Cr-Ni合金电沉积过程中,对阴极双电层结构和镀层性质的影响。实验结果表明,糖精对细化镀层晶粒、降低镀层内应力,提高镀层光亮性均有好的效果,而对镀层的相成分和晶体结构没有影响。当糖精含量为2.0~2.5g/L时,可以电沉积出成分与18-8不锈钢相似的,外观质量最好的Fe-Cr-Ni三元合金镀层,其结构为体心立方铁素体。
In order to improve quality of electrodeposited coating of type 18-8 stainless steel, the cathodic polarization curves and the A.C. impedance of some cathodes in the bath containing different concentration of saccharine were measured. The effect of the saccharine on the structure of electric double layer and the properties of electrodeposited coatings were also discussed. Experimental results show that saccharine additive is advantageous to promote crystalline refinement, reduces internal stress and improves brightness of Fe-Cr-Ni alloy deposits. And crystal structure of the deposits are not affected by the addition of saccharine.
