摘要
利用能自行关断、开关速度快、饱和压降小的大功率晶体管作为电子开关,我们设计并制作了一台实验用方波脉冲电镀电源。其输出波形、电流峰值、方波频率及通断比均可调节。在电镀CrNiFe合金的实验中使用情况良好。
By using a high-power transistor with a low saturation voltage drop as an electronic switch, we have developed a square wave pulse power source for electroplating.The transistor can switch on and off automatically at a high speed. The output wave form, current peak amplitude, square wave frequency and on-off ratio of the power source are all adjustable, when used in experiments with Cr-Ni-Fe-plating, it worked well.
