摘要
采用动电位扫描和线性极化技术,研究了化学镀镍层的含磷量和热处理条件对其耐蚀性的影响,分析了磷化物含量和分布与耐蚀性的关系。结果表明,化学镀镍层的耐蚀性随其含磷量的升高和热处理温度的降低而增加。分析认为,这是磷化物作为镀层中的阴极相发挥作用,使整个镀层电位升高而产生的结果。
The effect of phosphorus content and heat treatment on the corrosion resistance of electroless nickel coating was investigated by potentiodynamic sweep and linear polarization measuremnt. The relation of the content and distribution of phosphide to the corrosion. resistance of the coating was discussed. The result shows that the corrosion resistance of electroless nickel increases with an increasing phosphorus content or a decreasing temperature of heat treatment. The phosphide appears as a cathodic phase. It results in that the potential of the coating drifts towarde noble range
