摘要
目前在生产电浮法玻璃时,大多采用Cu/Bi、Cu/Pb作两道阳极。关于其着色层中铜的价态形式,目前有两种观点:(1)C.R.Bamford等运用Mie理论,计算了Cu^0胶体着色玻璃的可见光谱,得到了与电浮法玻璃的实测值较为一致的结果,认为铜以Cu^0状态存在;(2)等用XPS研究发现电浮法玻璃中着色元素铜以两种状态存在(Cu^0、Cu^+)、文献[6]还发现铅以两种状态存在(pb^0、pb^(2+)),锡以三种状态存在(Sn^0、
In the present paper,the valences of Cu,Pb,Bi and Sn in the electro-float glasses and ion-exchanged glasses were determined by XPS.In coloured layer of the electro float glasses,valency of both copper and lead is 0,valency of tin is 2 and copper in ion-exchanged copper-red glasses presents in the form of cuprous state.
