浮法玻璃复合法在线镀双层膜的研究 被引量:1

STUDY OF BI-LAYER FILM ON FLOAT GLASS BY COMPOUND TECHNOLOGY ON-LINE

摘要 在浮法玻璃生产线的锡槽内和玻璃板面温度600℃的退火窑区分别采用电化学方法和化学气相沉积法,在浮法玻璃表面在线镀膜,制备了双层膜。对双层膜的光谱性能、耐磨性和耐酸碱性进行了测试。用扫描电镜、原子力显微镜对膜的表面形貌和断面进行了观察。结果表明:这种在线复合法制备的双层膜增强了单层膜的阳光控制功能,同时可赋予玻璃多种需要的颜色。双层膜光谱性能和颜色特征可以通过改变工艺条件得到调节。膜层表面均匀,耐磨性、耐酸碱性良好。 Chemical vapor deposition and electrochemistry were respectively used for on-line depositing a bi-layer film on float glass in a float bath and a lehr gap where the glass surface is 600 ℃. The spectrum properties, anti-wear and chemical stability of the bi-layer film were measured, and in addition the surface morphology and a cross-section of the bi-layer film were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. The results show that the hi-layer film prepared by the compound technique on-line improves the solar control function of single films and endows the glass with many needed colors. The spectrum properties and colors can be adjusted by changing the technical conditions. The uniform surface of the film has excellent stability against abrasion and erosion of acid and alkali.
