摘要
论述了加强建筑企业成本管理的几点建议 ,包括企业员工管理 ,周期性管理 ,质量工期与成本的关系 ,责、权、利的结合等。指出搞好成本管理 。
Several suggestions are proposed according to cost control in construction enterprises, which contain personnel management, periodical management, the relationship between quality and cost and the combination of responsibility and right. At last author emphasized that good cost control is the foundation of economic benefits.
