摘要
结合工作实际 ,针对加强项目管理方面存在的需改进的问题作了介绍 ,提出了一些改进措施 ,并指出工程项目成本管理是企业管理的基础 ,只有项目产生效益 。
Combined with practical works according to the issues existed in project cost management detailed introduction is made. Meanwhile, some improvement measures are proposed. Author emphasized that the project cost management is the base of business management and economic performance.
