摘要 肿瘤转移是恶性肿瘤细胞脱离原发肿瘤,通过各种途径,到达继发组织或器官后继续增殖生长,形成与原发肿瘤性质相同的转移瘤的过程.肿瘤转移是恶性肿瘤最基本的生物学特征,是临床90%以上癌症患者的致死因素,可见肿瘤转移对癌症患者的生存构成了极为严重的威胁.因此,探讨肿瘤转移的相关因素有着十分重要的意义[1].
