摘要
目的 探讨胃癌发病的病理学机制。方法 应用免疫组织化学技术和原位杂交技术 ,观察P53 ,Bcl 2 ,Bax蛋白在胃癌和胃溃疡组织中的表达。结果 胃溃疡组织中P53 ,Bcl 2 ,Bax表达的阳性率分别为 0 ,0 ,5 2 .4 % ;胃癌组织中的阳性率分别为 4 2 .2 % ,4 .4 0 % ,93.3% ;P53 ,Bax在胃癌及胃溃疡组织中的表达差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,Bcl 2在胃癌及胃溃疡组织中的表达差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 P53 。
Objective To explore the mechanism of gastric carcinoma (GC).Method The authors detected the expression of P 53 ,Bc1 2 and Bax oncoprotein in 45 cases of GC and 21 cases of gastric ulcer with TdT mediated dUTP biotin nick end labeling(TUNEL) and immunohistocamistry methods.Result 17 cases showed high expression of P 53 protein.2 cases showed low expression of Bc1 2 protein.42 cases showed high expression of Bax protein.The expression of P 53 and Bax protein in positive group were higher than control group (P<0.01).The expression of Bc1 2 protein in positive group was not different from the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion P 53 ,Bax protein play an important role in the generation of gastric carcinoma.
