摘要
目的 测定皮康灵中甲硝唑和诺氟沙星的含量。方法 :采用RP -HPLC ,选用C8柱 ,乙腈 - 0 .0 5 %三氟乙酸溶液 (2 5∶75)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 75nm。结果 甲硝唑、诺氟沙星线性范围分别为 0 .0 858～ 1 .0 72 5μg和 0 .0 4 9～ 0 .61 2 5μg ,r均为 0 .9999,平均回收率分别为 99.73 %和 1 0 0 .56 %。结论 建立的方法、灵敏、可靠并具有实用性。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of metronidazole and norfloxacin in Pikangling. METHODS The content of metronidazole and norfloxacin were determined by RP-HPLC simultaneously. The HPLC condition was C 8 column, CH 3CN-0.05%CF 3COOH (25∶75)as mobile phase and 275 nm as detective wavelength. RESULTSThe calibration curves showed good linearityin the range of 0.0858-1.0725 μg and 0.049-0.6125 μg for metronida zole and norfioxacin,respectively.The average recoveries were 99.73%and 100.56%, respectively.CONCLUSION The method was simple,sensitive and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control for this preparation.
